In case you change or lose your 2FA device, please contact our Customer Support HERE and provide your below information:
1. Please provide your username and your latest transaction
2. Please log into your account by using back-up code, capture the screenshot of your balance and send back to us.
3. Enable the newsletter function by going to Setting -> Preferences
4. Please provide your KYC information.
If your account hasn't set up KYC, please contact our Customer Support HERE for further instruction.
