However, we will try our best to help you get back what you lost. Because this process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time and risk; please kindly be patient. We will try our best but we CAN NOT guarantee the success of retrieved the coins that was sent.
If you wish to request Sencoinex to recover your coins, please submit a request at https://sencoinex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and provide your Sencoinex account email, coin name, address, amount, txid(Critical), transaction screenshot. We will check whether it is retrieving wrong coins or not.
If it was possible to recover your coins, we may need to install or upgrade the wallet software, export/ import private keys, etc. These operations can only be conducted by authorized staff under carefully security audit. Please be patient as it may take more than 1 month to retrieve wrong coins.
